About CT Hauling & Excavating

Built on showing up

CT Hauling and Excavating, LLC started in 2002 with a simple idea: supply quality bulk materials and dependable hauling to the people and businesses of Central Alabama — without the runaround. More than two decades later the idea hasn't changed. When you call, you talk to Cliff. When the truck is scheduled, it shows up.

Today we run our own dump trucks, trailers, excavators, dozers and skid steers, and we handle everything from a single load of driveway gravel to full site preparation for new subdivisions.

Quarry-direct, not middle-man

Our yard at 10494 Highway 25 in Calera sits next to the limestone quarries that supply much of Alabama. That location is the reason our prices are what they are: we load straight at the source and haul with our own trucks and drivers. No reseller yard in between, no stockpile that has been sitting for months.

What we do

• Material delivery — gravel, crushed stone, crusher run, sand, fill dirt, topsoil, mulch and recycled stone, by the load.
• Excavation & site work — excavating, grading, land clearing, pad building, drainage and demolition cleanup.
• Hauling — dirt, debris, rock and equipment hauling for contractors and homeowners.

Who we work with

Homeowners, builders, general contractors, landscapers and landscape suppliers, masonry and paving companies, garden centers, nurseries, park departments and municipal projects across Shelby, Jefferson, Chilton and Bibb counties — and bulk gravel customers down on the Gulf Coast through our South Alabama delivery program.
